Hebron is arguably the most contentious of the Israeli Settlements in the West Bank. This extra to The Price of Kings: Film 2 - Shimon Peres examines Peres' role in the foundation of settlements in areas overwhelmingly populated by Palestinians, and the morality of these decisions. Peres himself says in the film 'The lesser evil is a moral choice'. The video opens with Price of Kings contributor Jacob, an Israeli settler living in Hebron.
